Creating Friends of Jesus, and Friends In Jesus
It is our desire to love and serve the children of our church family by expressing and demonstrating what it means for Jesus to be the axiom (self evident truth) of their life. Our children, just like adults, see and encounter God through real life experiences. One of our greatest privileges is to be in community with our kids here at Axiom Church. In fact, “Jesus said, Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children." We could learn a thing or two from our children by engaging in deeper relationships, serving others (including those outside of the church; classmates, teachers, etc.), and through learning scripture together with both church and family. We recognize that our true mission is to foster our children’s growth, faith and love for God as He works in both theirs and our daily lives. To enable such growth, we must partner with families and work together as a healthy body to graft our children into the work of the Gospel, not just during our gatherings but also throughout our daily rhythms.
