We plan to meet, pack up and leave Axiom around 11am on Friday. I would suggest to make sure to eat some lunch before you come. We will have snacks and stuff to munch on before dinner which at this time will be at 6pm on Friday prepared by our lovely Amie Rowland. :) We will also have a schedule for each meal of who will help prepare the food and then who will help clean up.

Please let me know if you will not be able to leave in the first caravan and will need to come up later in the second one. Also, who can drive and who needs to ride along.

If you have any food allergies, preferences or anything else let me know as well, so that we can plan accordingly.

If you are okay with sharing a bed or prefer a single bed please make me aware as well. If I don’t hear from you on these details I will assume you are okay with all of the above. :)

The deadline for payment is Friday March 12th. Your spot is not held until your $70 payment is received. This covers all your cost. You don’t have to bring any food or drinks unless you prefer too. All is included in your payment:) There are only 20 spots open and 10 are left at this point.

We will be leaving Sunday around 12pm to head back home. Adults only please.

What to plan on bringing: Bible, journal, pillow, towel, hiking clothes & shoes, champing chair, a book or game (there will be downtime so whatever you might find relaxing)
